The Vampire was hit by the knife and seemed to cry out hissing considerably. Looking towards the woman that had started the attack, the vampire took hold of the knife in his chest and ripped it straight out of himself before throwing it to the ground and charging towards Solly. Meanwhile, Alex had turned and was on the werewolf now. He seemed to be just summoning the dogs wasn't he? The hunter leader was both annoyed and pleased at that moment. Pulling forth his bow and arrow from his back, Alexander Lyons aimed at the werewolf.

How Solly hated vampires, they just didn't want to die and they never gave up easily. Though if Solly was in that same position she guessed she would do the same thing, the only difference is humans deserve to live, vampires don't. She took out a small wooden cube, only a couple of centermetres wide. It looked like nothing but if it touched the cold skin of a vampires it burst into flames. She didn't know how it worked, she had never been interested in developing weapons, she did know it was something to do with the temerature of the vampires skin but more importantly she did know it could destroy a vampire in seconds. She threw the little wooden cube and turned to run. She looked back as she felt the heat and saw the flames eating up the vampire. She smiled and when she felt like she was a safe distance away from the fire she looked over at Alex.

The fires from the burning vampire seemed to catch the attention of the werewolf for a good few seconds which was more than enough time for Alex to release the arrow shot that hit the wolf clear between the eyes again. There was a cry of pain and then for more arrows zoomed through the air piercing the dog creature. After a moment, Alex sighed and shook his head. "That.... was just lovely," he said as his voice seethed with sarcasm. "Are you alright?" he asked.

Solly laughed and took out a bottle of water, she poured a bit on the fire and it died out easily leaving the black ashes of the dead vampire. "Yeah, I'm fine," she told Alex, walking over to him. There was an excited smile lighting up her face, that may have been a surprise but it had been fun. The excitment of the hunt was something you couldn't get from anything else. "Kinda weird though, I've never seen a vampire and werewolf fighting before..." she thought out loud then shrugged. They were supposed to be enemies so why was it surprising to see them fight?

Alex let out a breath and nodded. "It was exciting...." he finally commented. "But...." after a moment, he looked at her in the eyes and was quiet. "Well, heh," he finally finished as though unable to completely state what he was going to say. After a moment, he looked over the werewolf hide that was now laying on the ground. Deciding to pick it up, he found that there were several more wounds on the werewolf than what he had imposed. "They're rather viscous to each other..." he stated.

"But what?" she asked him, she couldn't help but wonder whathe had been menaing to say. She then watched as he picked up the dead werewolf. Seeing the wounds on the werewolf, it was easy to tell which ones had come from Alex's bows and which had came from the vampire. They had been in a full on fight and she wasn't surprised at the thought that they would have killed each other if she and Alex hadn't been there. She knew that was possible, they both had the teeth and skills to rip each other to pieces. "Mhm, they both wouldn't have survived if we weren't here."

At the question about the but, Alex's mind answered, but he didn't. But I would have enjoyed kissing longer.... This thought was folded into a box for later as Alex set the werewolf on the boat and then looked back again. "Heh, but if some human got caught in the middle of their fighting," he sighed outwards rather hatefully at this thought. The idea of humans simply being caught in the middle and harmed by both sides was what railed him like no other.

Solly noticed that Alex ignored her question and she wanted to know what he had meant to say which he was trying not to say. "So you're not going to answer my question?" she asked, hearing but not seeing as he dropped the werewolf onto the boat floor. She was looking up at him, watching as his expression changed when he spoke. "That wouldn't be good," she said, the thought of a human getting hurt because of that making her happy that the hunters were there and that they were stopping that from happening.

Alexander Lyons looked at Solly for a moment and then finally smirked. "But it ruined a kiss," he answered back quietly feeling his face oddly grow hot from the answer. "And... ya it would have been bad...." he quickly went on to the other subject again. Why was this suddenly racking his nerves again. However, as Alex looked at Solly again, he found himself slowly calming.

Solly smiled at his answer and held in a giggle that nearly escaped because of the colouring on his face. He did look a bit cute when he blushed, she did giggle quietly, sounding younger than she was which ended up making her laugh. Alex jumped onto the other subject quickly but Solly's mind stayed on the first one. She pressed her lips to his but only for a second then she pulled away. "Do you know what time it is?" she asked him, she hadn't worn a watch or brough her mobile and she was wondering how late it had gotten.

Scarlet encased Alexander Lyon's face as he was kissed again, yet as Solly pulled away and asked about the time, he seemed to suddenly smirk. "Time for you to get a watch," he answered back knowing that it was corny in all senses of the term. However, after another moment, he brought his lips back to hers again and kissed her again rather sweetly. There was rumbling in the distance that caught Alexander Lyons in that moment.

Solly laughed, she hadn't expected him to say anything like that and it didn't seem to fit with the fading blush that coloured his face. She kissed him back as he kissed her and found herself getting caught in the moment again. She ignored the thunder the was loud and seemed to sound closer each time it sounded as if it were trying to grab the couple's attention. She wrapped her amrs around his neck and then felt a cold drop of rain hit the top of her head. She pulled away from the kiss with a bit of a squeal, she hated the feeling of a single raindrop on her head or neck. "Sorry," she said, feeling more drops of rain hitting her head and arms. The storm was starting.

Alex felt the rain coming down on his face and sighed as Solly pulled away. "It's fine..." he answered back smiling a little before turning his head upwards. The clouds were circling above. "I think we should head back to the HQ though," Alex finished as he looked back down at Solly and then sideways towards the boat. "Mind me driving us back?" he asked.

Solly frowned a bit, she didn't exactly want to go back to the HQ but she knew it was the smart thing to do, especially looking up at the clouds. "I don't mind at all," she said, she didn't really feel like driving them back anyway. She walked over to her bag and took out the itchy wig that she hated. Tying her hair into a bun she sighed and then put on the wig. It only took a couple of seconds for her to do that, she had put on the wig so many times she had become an expert almost.

Alex breathed out rather quietly as he watched Solly put her wig back on and get ready again. Stepping towards the control room of the ship, Alex took up the engine and steering again and slowly started to move the boat back towards HQ. The rain was starting to come down harder now, and Alex found himself cringing slightly as it became harder to see.
