However in the general sense he's a carefree attitude towards people trying to be on good terms without saying too much. To him every person is of equal standing regardless of their rank or their status as a criminal. The only difference between them is the fact they've put a lot more effort in to what they do. He often respects it without feeling obligated to abide by it.
One of his major dislikes is towards his father. After the death of his mother he grew resentful and cold towards him seeing as he wasn't there. On the flip side he has an acute fondness for the people he keeps close, his friends mostly as his remaining family is just his father.
He has two major quirks to his personality, one being that be believes that the strongest beliefs always win. Regardless of the medium through which they are conveyed be it words or fists. The second quirk is a simple one. Living for yourself is the same as living for nothing. He believes that if one is to have a good life it must be lived helping those in need. :: ROLEPLAY EXAMPLE:
The serenity of the mountains, high above the grounds where people whose goals in life was to reach the top live and walk upon. A heaven of sorts, different from the less than savory living conditions the inhabitants of this world live in. It was truly a miracle, although an unneeded one, to see such insects be capable of surviving such conditions. Why could the world not be rid of such pestilence, or have they themselves, these so called mutants, gone as far as taking Mother Nature itself under their greedy hands? A horrifying thought, that is to a Dragonian such as Gale. To think that the greatest giver of all, Nature it self, could be conquered by such insignificant beings. Then again, it had also been worth a laugh. That such mongrels could even think that they are deserving of the World's blessing, it truly is what a person nowadays could call comedy. Alas, that is not the main reason why Gale had flown high above the mountains, beyond some of the clouds even. The Dragonian had done this in order to enjoy the day, to feel the cold winds of this little sanctuary that he himself had made for himself. It took a while to reach, specially if he had to journey all the way from the Most Noble Nests of his Lords, but as a Lord Knight himself certain...privileges opened up. It had been a tough choice, to pick upon the options presented to him during his Knighthood but this had certainly taken the cake.
The Lord Knight's wings raised themselves, opening up to their full length before strongly flapping against the crevice in order to slow his descent as his mighty claws clung towards the edge of the opening of his little haven. A crevice against one of the colder mountains, and a difficult place to reach if one did not have access to flight. A perfect getaway from those beings who thought that their sacred Lands could be considered their stomping grounds. Again, the Dragonian removed such inelegant thoughts in his head. Today was a day of rest, a day where he could rest his bones from the constant training of his charges. His elongated neck bent down, allowing his head to enter the darkened cave. The sun that had been shining brightly outside, blurred from view by his massive size, created shadows across his personal nest and within these shadows lit up small lights. Nothing too bright, and neither were they too dim. Just strong enough to give the Dragonian a sense of direction within the darkness as he traversed the cavern. Beautifully opened walls, several of them lining up with gashes that accentuated his rise in not only age but power as well. It had been decades since he had owned this little cave of his and the least he could was about it was beyond the Nests of his Lord, this would have to be the most beautiful places his blood would ever see.
His wings curling up as the cave became narrower the farther he travelled in, allowing his massive gait to fit into the area, Gale took in a deep breath and carefully enjoyed the natural aroma of the cave. He wondered often times just what made him choose his home, and often the answer fell upon the natural scent of the crevice. His eyes fell upon the arrangement of trees that lined the insides of his home. He had not known what they are made of, but he had surmised that they acted as the scented candles, for the lack of a better term, to his home. He turned his body around, icy tail carefully carried in order to not make unnecessary glances against the walls, and faced the opening of the mountain's walls. The view, Gale closed his eyes for a moment in order to savour the beauty, was simply the most breath taking scene he himself could remember. The song of swords and ice, though alluring, could simply not hold a candle to this view. Many of the Dragonian Maidens that had been offered for his hand in marriage, comparable to the most beautiful pearl and even the calmest of azures could only pale in comparison. That those who carry his own blood in them would toil through the most difficult of tests in order to carry a title comparable to his own, well, Gale could understand them. A view such as this was worth the centuries he had served under the House.
Numerous trees lined the painting his eyes wished to capture, all of them lush in colour as the fruits, much to his fortune, had been sweet and savoury to his palate. Not only that, but the area beneath his nest, a pseudo form of territory under his jurisdiction, carried some of the most delicious of animals to feast upon. Meat that did not resist when bitten through, and some of the creatures could easily provide entertainment for him. The thrill of the chase, winding through the thick trees and land marks of the area and even the possible chance of falling beneath the clouds...It was elegance in the most dangerous sense and thus, the Knight could not help but fall in love with it. Another long breath exhaled, his front paws lying in front of him to create a makeshift pillow of sorts, Gale gave the scenery one more glance as he felt the heaviness of his eyelids increase.
There was no work to be done for the day, the trainees under him do deserve a break once in a while, and he could rest his bones until the next time he had to teach them the Ways of Frost. A small smile flitted through his scaly snout, the thoughts bringing humorous memories to resurface from their slumber. The soft chirping of the little ones were songs that were akin to lullabies, slowly but surely, the strength within his body receded as sleep began to over take him.
Today was a rather nice day to take a break. Credits!TEMPLATE MADE BY .:margie:. WHO SPENT A LOT OF HER TIME AND HARD WORK MAKING IT. PLEASE DO NOT STEAL OR SHE WILL SEND AN ARMY OF HUNGRY WEREWOLVES TO EAT YOU UP!
