Solomon sat in her office wondering if it would be smart for her to go out and hunt or if she should find something else to do. It wasn't the best to day to be out, it was raining on and off and he couldn't see why anyone would be out but then he had nothing else to do which wasn't normal. She had her office door locked and just hadn't been bothered to keep the wig on, it itched and bugged her and she hated it but she tried to never complain or she might accidently give someone a hint to the fact the she is a girl. She ran her hand through her hair and stared out the window, wondering what to do. She was very close to going out to hunt even in this weather.

Alexander Lyons walked the halls of the Hunter HQ with his hands behind his back and his vertebrae completely straight. He wore a dark suit and business shoes as was normal around the HQ. It was nearly Christmas, but there had been a mad rush of work that had kept him locked up in his room for hours on end. Now that it had finished, the Hunter head was heading towards the one room that he didn't mind going to on a daily basis: Solly's office. In truth, he hadn't sent any notice that he was coming but simply went after everything was finished. If she was busy, he'd leave. If not, he'd stay and talk a bit and....... It had been a number of years, and he still hadn't stated what had been on his mind longer than that, yet Alex doubted that he would be able to bring it up just yet...
As he came to the door, the dark haired man stopped for a moment and brought up his knuckles to knock on it. "Solly," he stated aloud rather ordered and calmly. "Are you in?"

As Solly heard a knock on the door she quickly picked up her wig thinking that it was another one of the sector 12 members and at this stage none of them knew about her, the old Ice did but then she isn't here any longer. Solly put the wig back down in the drawer when she heard that it was Alex. He knew that she was girl, he was the person that knew the most about her out of everyone because of the fact she didn't keep any contact with her family and she didn't have a best friend exactly, Alex was kind of her best friend as they spent so much time together but she wished for their relationship to be different which she doubted it would ever happen, they had known each other for so long.
"Yes," she said and stood up, walking up to the door and unlocking it. She opened it and smiled at the guy that was standing on the other side. "Hi Alex," she greeted and moved away from the door to let him into the room. As she moved into the room she did have a look at the hallway outside her office tomake sure no one else was there and no one was luckily. "How are you?" she asked him.

Alex smiled pleasantly as Solly opened the door. Somehow or another, his nerves were instantly calmed. When he noticed the wig wasn't on, his smile only seemed to grow even more, but his paranoia also kicked in, and the dark haired man looked around the hallway before entering the room just to make sure no one else was around. "Hey Solly, how are you?" Alex finally managed to answer back after a moment of silence. For a few seconds more, he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to say it. "M... I was wondering if... you wanted to go hunting," he finally finished. Eh... not what he was planning to say, but it was certainly better than nothing. If they could get away... then... maybe.....m....

Solly saw how Alex looked around the hallway just like she had done, neither of them wanted the secret getting out about her and she probably should be wearing her wig but she hated it and wearing it onher way to her office today had been bad enough. She sometimes wondered how she wore it for whole days because she didn't have to as often now as she had used to. "I'm bored," she answered and ran her hand through her hair again. Alex asked if she wantedto go hunting but he seemed to hesitate in saying it whoich made her wonder if he had really meant to ask that, the hesitaton probably meant nothing, she just sometimes noticed things that were small.
"Hunting sounds great, not the best weather but it still sounds fun." she tied her hair up into a bun using the hair tie that had been around her wrist and grabbed the wig out of the drawer. She put it on with a frown then smiled again as she looked back over at Alex. She couldn't help but smile every time she looked at him, he just had that effect on her.

Alex smiled as well when she agreed to go and then waited as she got ready. After a few more seconds, he stepped back and took hold if the door handle and opened the office up once again before starting out of the room and waiting in the hallway till she had joined him. After that, he started to walk down the hallway. "So are you planning to go to the Christmas party this year?" Alex asked. To anyone in the hallway who might have been listening, it was an easy enough question and rather normal to for one to ask another. That way it could easily be passed off and not thought about later. Alex had found in the years of working with Solly that this was the easiest way to go about conversation. Keep things vague to those around him except those that had the keys to know what he was talking bout. As he waited for the answer, Alex was thinking already about the possible answers. If it was yes, that probably meant she was dressing as a male and going, but if no... that meant... well that meant maybe he could ask her to go as Sally instead of Solly.

Solly followed ALex out of the office and closed the door before truning around and started to walk with him. The Christmas Party, she hadn't really thought about it that much but she wasn't sure she wanted to go, at least not as Solomon. She probably wouldn't be going then. She shook her head, "most likely no, she answered. She slipped her hands into her jean pockets, she always seemed to wear simple jeans and shirts because they were the most comfortable things she found and it didn't look weird if she wore lose t-shirts. They passed an open door and she saw two young guys talking, she frowned because she really didn't like kids, she wasn't sure why but she didn't like them. "Are you going to the Christmas party" she asked.

Alexander Lyons had turned his head when he had noticed that Solly was looking in the room and noticed the two young men as well. It appeared as though they were having some sort of intense conversation with one another. At other times, Alex would have stopped and asked what was going on, yet he wanted to get to hunting and things, so he simply put it in the back of his mind for later and addressed the question at hand. "Probably," Alex answered back taking the answer to be what he had hoped. "Isn't it at Ice's this year?" he asked trying to remember if it was in fact that mansion. Ice Claymore had dominated every Christmas party up until she had died, but now this her apprentice had taken her name and title, there was a general question up in the air that Alex had forgotten to address yet again due to the fact that he was focusing not on such things but on the work that needed to be done.

Solly wondered who Alex would be going to the christmas party with or if he would be going alone. The thought of him going with another gilr hurt her but she dropped the thought because he probably wouldn't be and even if he was it wasn't any of her business. She was almost sure that the party was going to be at Ice's mansion, she hadn't heard anything different and she didn't think the new Ice would miss out on the chance to hold the party. "I think it is," she told him. "I thought you would know." She wondered why he didn't know, you would think the leader would know something like where the christmas party was going to be but he spent a lot of time working and she had noticed that it some times looked like he was over working himself.

Alex put a hand to the back of his neck and managed a smile. "I just..." he tried to find the word to describe it. "I've just been really busy... There has been some complications in our American hunting group, and Alicia was requesting back up earlier. Lloyd went down to help, but I was still unsure and then...." He broke off and went silent trying to keep himself from forming into a rant of sorts on the work that was being done. "Ya...." he finally stated aloud as he continued walking.

Solly had been right about Alex overworking himself. He needed a break and going hunting and going to the party were a good thing, she didn't want him making hiself sick from work stress. She was thinking of her words before she said them because she knew there were people around and she didn't want to say something stupid. "You need to take a break more often, shouldn't overstress about work." she said as she pressed the button for the lift. She had overworked a lot before, even spending multiple days in her office a couple of times, she knew how it could badly effect a person.

As Solly talked about the stress on work, the hunter leader sighed outwards. Indeed, he was stressed, yet there wasn't much he could really do about it unless he stepped down which wasn't a valid option either. No, it seemed he would just have to deal the way he always did....."Well we're taking a break now though," he smiled happily. Hunting had become a strange relaxing pleasure to Alex. It was something to take his mind off of other things when he couldn't adequately distract himself with chess. As the elevator doors opened, Alex stepped inside and sighed before pressing the top button to get back to the surface. It had all but become a habit for him now seeing as the base had been moved due to complications. "So I was thinking we head up to a different isle from here to go hunting," he suggested as the elevator lifted up.

Solly smiled as Alex said that they were taking a break now, that kind of ended the subject and she didn't say anything else about it. She stepped into the elevator after Alex and kept herself from leaning against the lift wall as Alex pressed the button for them to go to the top floor. It was a lazy habit she had gained since the HQ moved and whenever she was in thhe lift by herself she would lean against the wall and slowly kill her back and posture. She nodded at his suggestion, "yeah," she agreed, not minding that much where they goor anything like that just as long as they went hunting. She hadn't been hunting in a while which is why she probably had been thinking of it earlier and agreed so quickly to go with Alex even in this weather. "How long has it been since you went hunting last?" she asked him.

The question surprised Alex, and he seemed to stop and think for a moment. It had been... "At least over a month...." Alex blinked rather surprised that it had been that long. He hadn't even realized it, yet there was the statistic... As the lift opened up and sung out that they were on the upper floor, Alex stepped out carefully and looked back before smirking a bit. "I hope I'm not rusty," he joked lightly.
There were several people in the lobby that caught Alex's attention at once, and all of them seemed to flock to him as though ready to start up conversations or something more."Mister Alexander will you comment on what is going on in the Americas? Do you even know?" "Mister Alexander may I have a word with you?" "Mister Alexander will you please...." They were all like chirping birds at a corpse, and Alex was sick of it.
The dark haired Hunter leader looked back at the right hand man and then seemed to suddenly smirk a bit. Taking out a spherical ball, he threw it straight on the ground. The ball exploded into a gas that quickly filled the room, and with that, Alexander Lyons made a break for the front door running as fast as he could and expecting Solly to follow. As he came out the front, Alex turned and started running towards a nearby tree and waited.

Solly stopped herself from laughing at his answer. Over a month? She hadn't been out hunting in a couple of weeks but she had been a couple of time in the past month, Alex really did need to take a break and go out hunting more often. He may be the leader but he was still a hunter just like she was the sector 12 leader but still a hunter so they both needed to get out and hunt whenever they could. She really wouldn't be too surprised if he was a little rusty, only a little though because all skills begin to become a little rusty after a month of not practicing.
The amount of noise that flowed into her ears when the lift doors opened was deafening. So many people trying to grab Alex's attention with so many different questions. Solly didn't know how he soped with this, she would have seriously hurt someone already after less than a minute of the noise and pestering people. She felt happy that she was only the sector 12 leader and not the hunter leader. She wondered what he was going to do as she saw his expression change.
He threw something at the ground and the room quickly filled with gas, she hadn't been expecting that and she hesitated for a moment before she followed Alex out the ront and to a nearby tree. She got there nearly a minute after Alex because she was slower than him and hadn't had any idea that he was going to do that. "Wow, I hadn't been expecting that." she said with a bit of a laugh. "I might have done something way worse if I'd been in your position."
