* all the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The wind rushed through the odd colored fur as he dashed through the forest. The dark green forest moved around him, the light shining through the canopy above him, though it is shrouded because of the sheer speed of the young lycan, Quin Sea. The alpha was on patrols, making sure no humans were coming onto their land. Little did he know, he already left the Sea Pack lands into the most dangerous part of the island... the one where he could be killed in a second if it was needed, or even just merely desired by another wolf. The loner lands.
The purple, white and pink fur of him was not easily hidden in the forest, though right now he felt safe enough. No sound but the wind could be heard through his perked ears. No sight but the green dense forest could be seen through his blue-green eyes. He was alone, at least, for now. Trotting to a slower speed, he came to a stop near a small river. Bowing his massive head, he drank slowly from the stream, the water soaking through the thinner fur of below his mouth. The water was cool and clean, which rejuvenated his whole body. Shaking out his fur, his body, stretching his legs, he continued on his trek through the forest.
The scent of human entered his nose. He shuttered and snuffed, having to plant his paws firmly before trying to get the smell he hated so much out of his nose and away from him. It wasn't the actual smell of humans he hated, it was what it represented. The humans were taking the island of his heritage, of what he was. The Makulay Lycans had been on this island for so long now, without interruption from the humans. And now? They were making some vacation resort.
While trying to rid himself of the thought of humans, he didn't realize the sounds and smells advancing quickly on him. Feels like the walls are closing in Once again it's time to face it and be strong I've lost my way...••••••••••••••••••••••••• The loner lands were full of dangers. Rocky cliffs, pionsonous plants, humans but if you spent as much time as Violet did wandering around them you knew where was safe to go and where wasn't. She was walking around the land just out side of the Sea packs boundaries. It was a nice place with the smell of the sea and the nice green forests. Though because of how far she was from the beach the forest was pretty thick but there was some sand that lined the forest floor in the area and it made it a little hard to run without slipping over.
Violet wasn't in her wolf form at the moment or moving at all, she was sitting up in a low lying tree branch, where she could see the sea and the evil building that was now on the beautiful beach where she used to go all the time. She growled, a wolf like growl as she saw glared at the building and saw that there were three humans walking out of it, laughing and talking and acting like they haven't done anything wrong. Only if they knew what they were doing and how they were going to destroy the lives of a whole species. Well, she didn't know what the Malulay were. No one had ever told her if they were a species or like a race like she knew humans had. She shouldn't really be worried about that though because there were much more important things to worry about.
She was getting way too angry by watching the humans on the beach so she jumped down from the tree branch and changed into her wolf form as her feet hit the ground. She ran in the direction of the River pack. It was probably a smart idea to get away from the humans before she got so angry that she ran over to them and tried to kill them. She wouldn't be surprised if she tried that, she was a wolf with a bad temper, worse then the normal Makulay wolves temper. She never told anyone and tried to keep it a secret because some of the wolves with really bad tempers got treated differently.
She was a good way into the loner lands and she didn't expect to find anyone else there unless it was someone travelling from one pack to another, which was very rare so she had thought she would be able to calm herself down and change back into her human form so she could spend the trip singing. She picked up a scent and frowned, there was someone else not too far away from her and they would easily hear her if she started singing, she didn't want anyone to hear her.
She slowed down into a walk and tried to make her paws hit the ground as softly as possible. She needed to be careful and make sure whoever else was around wasn't someone that was going to hurt her. Her fur wasn't going to help with being sneaky. She sometimes wished she had green or green and brown fur because it would make her so much better at being sneaky. She blinked when she saw the fur colour of the other wolf that was around. Purple, pink and white fur, that would make her feel even worse, it would be impossible not to get noticed with that fur. She didn't know if she should go any closer to the wolf so she stayed where she was, a few metres away half hiding behind a tree.
"Who are you?" she said nervously, she hated talking but she was kind of curious to know why this wolf was in the loner lands.

* all the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Closing his eyes tightly, he tried to focus on ridding himself of the human stench and all anger felt towards him. This, of course, didn't work very well. He was angry, completely, at the humans for raping their land, ripping away the trees and covering the sand in concrete. How dare they?! He knew well of the rest of the world, being taken over by the humans and covered, just like the beach, in concrete and buildings. Why would they do this when all they needed was in the world around them? As his species did, they made all they needed from the forest, sea, rivers. Why could the rest of the world not?
His claws dig into the soft ground below him. A growl starts low in the base of his throat. The hair on the back of his neck raises, all the way to the crown of his head. His eyes become darker as the anger raises, his body becomes more rigid. His breathing becomes harder, louder. The growl becomes longer, louder.
Then, all of a sudden, he realizes that his anger right this second is not needed. Quin's fits of rage were common, but unlike most Makulay he could shut off this anger. Yes, he did have more shoots of rage, but they lasted so much shorter than the rest of the rants. His paws unclench, large scratches shown plainly in the soft dirt.
A voice from behind him startles him, forcing him to spin around. A low growl starts again, though when he realizes it as another small Makulay wolves, he settles. He looks them over. The voice is obviously one of a young girl, though from her appearance he cannot tell anything else about her. He wonders for a moment if she is as young as her voice depicts.
"Quin, Alpha of the Sea Pack. What are you doing here? Who are you?" Quin says, his voice a soft monotone. He did not want to scare this girl, since because of the obvious nervousness in her voice. He hated scaring people, unless they deserved it. And a fellow Makulay did not need to be scared, at least not one as young as this girl. Feels like the walls are closing in Once again it's time to face it and be strong I've lost my way...••••••••••••••••••••••••• The wolf didn't look happy and she only noticed that after she had spoken. He actually looked a bit angry and she really regretting opening her mouth because of that. She didn't want to start a fight or get anyone engry which could somtimes be a hard thing because of the bad tempers Makulays' have. She was usually jealous of those with either not bad tempers, ones that could stay calm even seeing what the humans had done or those who could calm others, she knew some wolves had that talent and she always wondered how they did it.
She blamed the fact that she was anti-socal on her childhood. She always told herself it was because she hadn't had any parents, that her mum had died and no one knew who her dad was, that she had been raised by volunters in the pack which had never done anything but make sure she stayed alive and healthy, that she had never had a proper parent/child relationship with anyone. She did know that was one reason but she also knew that there was another reason.
She was scared that if she socialized with someone she would accidently get them angry and then she would get hurt. She always tried to tell herself that she wasn't scared of that but she was and it was hard to forget seeing so many fights in her pack when she was young, even fights that her carers had been in. It had scared her so badly that she now she didn't want to socalize. The fights and not having a parent/child relationship had forced her into being anti-socal and now she was standing in the loner lands with an angry wolf only a few metres away, and she had just spoken.
She was almost shaking as the wolf spun around quickly and starting growling, it was a low growl and it sounded so much scarier than her growl, almost scarier than her packs alpha's growl. She took a couple of steps back and whimpered but then the wolf stops growling and she lifts her ears up to make sure she just wasn't having hearin problems but she couldn't hear a thing and he didn't look angry anymore. She is surprised by that, most Makulay wolves can't calm down that quickly, not even the calmest one she had seen in her pack.
The wolf in front of her spoke and she felt a little safer but not much. He was the alpha of the Sea pack. But then why would he be in the loner lands, he should be in his pack land, making sure nothing happens to his wolves. That was what the alphas job was, or thats what she thought it was. Maybe he was just going to visit another pack, her pack didn't often get visits from other alpha but they had a couple of times and there alpha had left a couple of times to visit other packs. It wasn't something that happened unless it was for something important though.
The wolf, Quin, had spoke in a soft voice to her and that made her feel as if she should reply and she couldn't get herself to run away or ignore him like she would usually do when someone talked to her. She had said the first thing though, she it wouldn't be very smart to ignore the alpha wolf in front of her. "I-I'm Violet, I'm from the River pack. I'm just, um, walking." she answered, still half hidden behind a tree.
