Skate has brown hair that's naturally curly, ends at the bottom of her shoulder blades. She has brown eyes and high cheekbones. Slim yet muscular features. She likes her hair down, and wears a lot of long sleeved shirts. She stands out a little because she chooses to wear cowboy boots with the majority of her outfits. She keeps her makeup simple: mascara; foundation; chapstick; eye liner. She also likes to wear bright colored shirts.

History Info

History:
Skate was born June 17, 1995 in Arcadia Lakes, SC. Her interest in the mundane world came about when she and her parents took a private cruise around Australia. She started doing research, sneaking off to see what it was like. As she was in America, a movie caught her eye. It was Open Range (which I actually do like), and that sparked her interest in the Old West. She's always liked stars, for as long as she could remember. She likes the colors and the shapes they make. Sometimes they even dance for her. She stares at them from her bedroom window or, when she's in the mundane world, from the streets. Skate also likes to sit on swings in parks and watch families.

When her parents found out about her 'adventuring' they sent her to school. She absolutely hated it and her health started to fail incredibly. They found out that she's allergic to school, seriously, and to continue her punishment, her parents hired a tutor. Who happens to be really stuck-up and a total know-it-all. But Skate still managed to slip away. Her father never said anything when he caught her (not really one for words), but she would get into serious trouble when her mother found her.

Skate's never known why it's such a bad thing to go to the mundane world. (since she's very young, she doesn't really pay attention to things when her parents have guests. So ... she doesn't really know anything about Hunters or Protettores or that there's a war between Vampires and Werewolves.)

Roleplay Example: (From Host RPG, my character as Cat)

Cat bit her lip. Sometimes this job was hard. Many of the small fungi looked the same, and many were poisonous. Of course, she'd been doing this for years. Her family had lived in the jungle for as long as she could remember. She'd developed her name from one of the greatest hunters there was. She could walk silently through the jungle while the animals she hunted lumbered noisily. She could stand for hours in a chilling river, or go weeks without eating and days without sleeping. She'd been on her own for three months, searching for something - anything - that would prove she wasn't crazy. And that the rumors were true.

She picked a mushroom and bit into it. It was a bit early in the season and the taste was bitter, but it was bearable. She took more and packed her ouch tull. Then sat in the dark earth and nibbled at the caps. They tasted the best.

The jungle was noisily happy, murmurings from those that walked the floor, babbling from the many rivers and waterfalls that laced through the trees. Cat sighed and looked up. She could see the sky. It was a brighter blue than she'd ever seen before. She closed her eyes and sat.
