:: ROBIN DANE QUEEN:: Basics! :: AGE: 22 :: BIRTHDAY: July 1 :: GENDER: male :: SEXUALITY: homosexual/gay :: FACE CLAIM: Alex Pettyfer :: MEMBER GROUP: dragon :: LANGUAGES SPOKEN: English and Latin
Personality! :: LIKES: money, flying, horror movies, boys, being a dragon, himself, and black coffee :: DISLIKES: rules, his parents, not getting what he wants, losing, sweet food, and small animals :: HABITS: forgets to clean up after himself, doesn't normally brush his hair, bites his lip when thinking hard, and he often forgets that humans exist and don't know about dragons. :: STRENGTHS:
Charming- Robin is good at getting what he wants. He never needed anybody to tell him he was good looking, and he used his looks to his advantage. Although he is attracted to men, he has flirted with countless amounts of women to get things that he wanted or needed. He has good manners, and knows how to flatter people into helping him.
Fast- Rob moves quickly both in human and in dragon form. He can flee from a dangerous situation if he chooses so with ease, and rarely gets caught.
Prepared- Rob is fully aware that not everything is going to go his way, and he always makes sure to have a backup plan in case his first plan fails. He makes sure to not find himself stuck in danger if he can't get out or survive. Rob knows that life can be unpredictable, so he tries to prepare himself for almost anything.
:: WEAKNESSES: Cocky- Although I said that he prepares for the worst, Rob still assumes the best will happen. He's aware that things could go horribly wrong for him, but he's still very very confident in his capabilities and believes that nobody can hurt him.
Naive- If there is one thing Robin is very bad at, that would be being aware of his surroundings. He does not really realize what people are doing or trying to do to him or with him until it's too late. Even though he uses a lot of people to get things he wants that often backfires and he doesn't realize that he's being used until he has already lost. He's clumsy and doesn't pick up on things fast.
Selfish- Rob cares mostly about himself, and doesn't like to help others unless he can benefit from it. He does not completely see the need for caring about others, and will always try to get stuff for himself.
:: OVERALL PERSONALITY: Robin, or Rob as he prefers to be called, is a pretty strict man. He wants everything to be done his way or no way. He likes being the leader, or being by himself. He gets really annoying and complains and throws a lot of fits if things aren't done to his standard.
However, he is still laid back about some things. He doesn't like to do a lot of hard work, and can be very lazy. He gets quite angry when others are lazy, but yet he is still pretty lazy himself. Rob never takes responsibility for his mistakes either. He'll brag and boast about everything he's done right, but he believes that he doesn't make mistakes. And if he does mess up he will do everything in his power to cover it up or blame it on somebody else.
How Rob acts around people differs depending on who he is with. He can be shy and reserved or loud and obnoxious. It varies a lot, but overall he isn't super loud but not shy either. Like I said earlier he flirts with a lot of people, both men and women even though he only likes guys, and he enjoys leading them on because he thinks it's funny to watch how they react when they finally figure out that he doesn't like them at all. Rob isn't exactly cruel or anything, but he hasn't had a very pleasant love life, so he feels the need to make everybody else suffer through being heartbroken too. He doesn't make a big deal about his flirting in public, but he definitely doesn't hold back either. Robin doesn't try to get people to notice him, because he believes that he's good looking enough that everybody already notices him.
Overall he's moody, a little rude, full of himself, and relies on his looks to get through life.
History! :: MOTHER: Piper Queen :: FATHER: Julian Queen :: SIBLINGS: Nathaniel Queen, Dane Queen, and Lydia Queen :: SPOUSE: None yet. :: CHILDREN: None yet. :: PETS: None yet.
:: HISTORY: Robin Queen grew up in a pretty large family. His uncles aunts, cousins, and grandparents all lived with him and his immediate family in a very large house in the country. They were all dragons, and believed that associating yourself with non-dragons was a bad thing. They had strict morals and rules that he grew up with, but he never paid close attention to.
They had lots of money, and he didn't have to do a lot of work. Robin never went to school, but he trained with all of his siblings and cousins so it almost felt like he was at a real school. He was very close with all of them, and he looked after his younger cousins and siblings just like the older ones looked after him.
Everything was good. His life was pretty much the same until he was nineteen. He still lived with his family, and nobody ever moved out unless they got married and their spouse made them. But he wasn't married. However, he did find himself a nice boyfriend. Now he may or may not have been in love. It was hard to tell. They only dated a week or two before his parents forced them to break up. They thought him having a male as a mate was bad for the family. They didn't like the idea of him not being able to have children without having to adopt or something like that. And they wanted him to find a wife or a girlfriend instead.
It didn't matter to Rob whether he really even liked the guy that much or not. They had already broken up, and he wasn't going to go out of his way to get him back. What mattered to him was that his parents were trying to take control of his life, and he refused to let this happen. So he ran away from home. Well technically he flew away from him. Since he left his home he's been traveling around the world ever since, and he hasn't bothered to settle down anywhere yet. He's met a few people along the way, but he still doesn't have any close relationships at the moment.
Out Of Character! :: YOUR NAME/ALIAS: Jae :: YOUR AGE: old enough :: CONTACT: pm me or contact me on aim :: ROLEPLAY EXPERIENCE: almost two years :: OTHER CHARACTERS: none yet.
:: ROLEPLAY EXAMPLE: Joel was not going anywhere for New Years. He was staying in his apartment doing absolutely nothing. He wasn't going to go out or party or invite people over. He had gone to be early at only eight o'clock, but at around ten he was woken up by the sound of his phone ringing. He noticed that the caller was his boss, so obviously he picked it up immediately. However what his boss was saying was something he hadn't expected. He told Joel that everybody at work was heading off to some party, and that he had left a costume outside his apartment just for him. The first thing Joel did was politely tell his boss that he preferred to stay at home instead of go out and that he hoped he and his other coworkers had fun.
But his boss was clearly drunk at the time, and then told Joel that if he didn't show up at the address he had given him within the next five minutes that he would be fired. Joel could tell that his boss was drunk, but he didn't want to risk losing his job. So he changed into the costume that just like his boss had said was sitting right outside his door.
He slipped on the pair of torn up pants, a black shirt that had the bones printed on it so it was supposed to make the top half of him look like a skeleton, and a big, gory, green mask. He could tell he was supposed to be a zombie the moment he looked into the mirror. Why he had to be a zombie for this party Joel did not know. it wasn't Halloween it was New Years Eve. But he decided just to go with then. Next, he dug through some things until he found some pepper spray that he bought a few days ago. He was not going to go to a party without some type of defense mechanism, and he was too wimpy to fight against anybody that might try to hurt him, so pepper spray was the best he had. He put the pepper spray in his back pocket before heading out to fin this place.
Joel road his motorcycle around for a while through the crowded streets of NYC, being careful not to hit any of the people that were walking around, and scanned the place for an entrance to the party once he reached the correct address. Joel was suspecting that the place would just be his coworkers and people he already knew, but he soon found out that he was very wrong the moment he entered the area. He didn't recognize any of the faces he saw, and the first thought that he had was that he was in the wrong place. But he quickly spotted his boss dancing on a table with a cup of some type of liquor in one hand, and he knew that this was where he was supposed to be. He waved at his boss and the man waved back, and Joel hoped that he could leave now. But when he turned around to go out the exit he found that he had wandered away from where he was standing before and that the exit was nowhere in sight.
The young man quickly darted around the party searching for where the entrance and exit were, but the crowd was too thick to really see much of anything. He pushed his way through the mob of bodies until he found himself getting away from most of the people. He thought that he must be close to getting out of there, but he was way wrong. Instead he found himself just getting stuck in some corner of the place.
Joel found himself starting to panic. What if he never escaped? What if he was stuck at this party for the rest of the night? What if he got beat up? Or raped again? Or just physically hurt in any other way? This was all very terrifying, and he was completely panicking. Joel was now scurrying around asking random strangers where the heck he was and how the hell he was supposed to get out of there, but none of them were being cooperative, and lots of them just told him he was talking too fast and had a funny accent. Finally he spotted a familiar face that he knew belonged to some guy he had chatted with online quite a few times. His brain told him that it was Tristan, and Joel remembered that Tristan was a very nice boy, so he quickly jogged over to where Tristan was standing with some other guy.
"TRISTAN! Tristan help me!" he screamed in the boy's face as he ripped off the tight mask he was wearing. "How do I get the fuck out of here? I need to go.. Now! And now means now! What if somebody hurts me? You better not hurt me! Get me out of here before I get hurt!" he rambled quickly and loudly trying to scream over the noise of the blaring loud music and not caring if he was interrupting Tristan's conversation with whoever he was talking to.
