:: GENERAL APPEARANCE: Alex is rather tall but rather lean. He has dark brown hair and rather light eyes with a pale visage and a usually thoughtful expression on his features. He keeps himself trip and proper for the most part unless he gets distracted and hordes up in his room thinking about something which causes him to loose perception of time and end up looking odd if nothing else. He normally wears comfortable suits around the HQ and on business trips. However, out hunting, he will normally wear something darker and easy to move in.

:: STRENGTHS: He has a very strong mind and can put on a facade of strength when required. Alex has very good analytical skills and can take things apart in his mind in order to simple them. He is a master in several karate forms and proves to be athletic enough, and he knows how to use a variety of weapons.

:: WEAKNESSES:Alexander can be extremely harsh sometimes especially towards those that he finds distasteful. Alex gets frustrated when he cannot get something done on time and tends to panic just slightly over deadlines. He demands too much of people and can be overly controlling especially towards those he cares for. Because he is almost always busy, Alex doesn't take care of himself like he should.

:: OVERALL PERSONALITY: Calm and professional, Alexander Lyons appears to be a very thought out individual. He can think through things on a small level as well as a large one, but when thinking, he can often be very cruel towards those that interrupt his thought process. He enjoys doing puzzles and playing mind games in order to keep his thoughts in motion at all times. He can multitask with ease and seems to always be doing two things at once such as talking to someone while setting up a chess board or doing a rubix cube while looking over information.

Despite his professional stoic air, Alex is actually very caring for those that work under him and wishes to provide the best for all of the hunters world wide in order to continue towards the ultimate goal of finishing off all the magical creatures in order to provide the humans of the world a safe environment. However, he often puts on a refined and almost cold air among those that he is around in order to not appear weak.

Growing up with Solomon Lance around, Alex has allowed himself to lower his guarded professional air around her and will often talk personally towards her and asks for her opinions on things. He secretly wishes that Solly would give up being head of Sector 12 and marry him, but he knows that it can't be that simple given the circumstances and Solomon's secret.

:: HISTORY: Born into the head family of hunters in England, Alexander Lyons grew up as a quiet boy who spent considerable time reading and doing puzzles. From the time he could walk, he had already solved and learned the tricks of a rubix cube. His father Maxwell Lyons was a profound leader and extremely knowledgeable as the head of the hunters. He didn't spend much time with his only child but during the times that he did, Maxwell encouraged his young boy to learn more and more. Alex never knew what had befallen his mother. He had no memories of her to draw from, but whenever he asked his father what had happened to her, his father simply ignored the question and stated that he had too much work to do. For a long time, Alex speculated that his mother had simply left his father for the work habit that he had. However, in recent years, he believes that his mother had died somehow and psychologically blames vampires and werewolves for it.

From about the age four and onwards, Alex began to learn that he would never have a carefree life of simply playing puzzles and enjoying himself. Instead, his father explained that he would one day take over as leader of the hunters and had a responsibility to them being that he was a descendant of Vic Lyons. For about a month, Alex was distraught by this explication, yet after that, he slowly came to terms with the idea that this was his purpose in life and that he would do it for the sakes of those that continued to hunt until the last beast was killed. Due to this realization of his goal, Alex made no complaint as his father registered him into hunter training at the age of five. At the age of six, Alex was placed in pirate school where he would study for seven hours a day and then go back to hunting school to train in the afternoons. There were only nine students in the private school, and Alex found himself disliking all of them. One particular boy that rambled on and on about vanities and things finally caused Alex to snap and threaten his life. There was a brief conflict that was finally settled with the boy being transferred out of the private school, and with that Alex continued on with his studies with only eight students in the class. Alex graduated top of his class through high school at the age of ten. He entered many chess tournaments after this and proved himself to be extremely intellectually stable.

Becoming somewhat cynical due to his genius nature, Alex began to detest people and rebel against his his father's goals of turning him into the head of the hunters. He would spend large amounts of time alone and skip many of his hunter lessons and fighting lessons only to appear at some sort of chess or thought teasing related event. Maxwell took this as direct disobedience and had Alex locked up for a good two years or so and had a personal assistant with the young boy at all times as he went through his studies and things. Alex couldn't take it. No this was too much. He had to get away at least for a bit. Managing to slip away from the personal stalker of sorts and running away from home at the age of 13, Alex lived on the streets using his wits and strength to guide him. He found the life extremely hard from his previous secluded comfortable pleasures but refused to go back. However, only a year later, he finally cracked and returned back home knowing that he was going to be yelled at and punished severely for his childish notion. However, the moment Alexander Lyons returned home, he was embraced by his father, and the old man cracked and had a terrible crying fit right then and there stating that he had been scared that he might have lost his son as well. Alex was nerve shot by this and felt extremely bad for running away in the first place. It was then that his goal seemed to come back to mind, and Alex decided to continue with it where he had left off. He would finish his training to become the new leader and take charge for all that it was worth in order to prove himself not only to his father but to everyone around him.

After another few years of sharp and thoughtful training, Alex learned of the existence of Sector 12. His father had kept it a secret for a long time in order to keep Alex focused more on his training. The young man was sixteen when he met the young Solomon Lance. Becoming good friends with Solly and later learning that she was a girl relieved only by Maxwell himself as the man explained that it was a secret to protect Solly herself, Alex found himself grow closer to Solly. Being that their work was related, Alex spent a lot of time around Solly and had many different discussions on the future of things. Solly explained how she had come into the hunter circle and how she had come to hide herself behind a mask in order to keep her position of power stable. The history of the Sector Wars was enough to frighten them both with the idea of what would happen if either of them lost control of the powerful hunter subgroups. Alex would go on to meet different masters of Sector 12, and each of them seemed to slowly grow at least a tad respectful of him.

Time past, and Alex began to realize that he was taking more and more power simply as his father stepped back and handed it to him. Deciding that he would finish the work completely, Alex finally took the name as head of the hunters at the age of twenty three. His father went into retirement and seemed to all but relish the freedom of being out of the hunter leadership. Alex on the other hand found that the work and the title was a lot harder to bear than he had imagined it to be. Dealing with people was a lot harder than with the filter of his father, yet Alex found that Solly seemed to always be there near him. Because of this, Alex grew in confidence and finally managed to take full control and power the way he had intended to. Years past, and Alex only seemed to become more shrewd in thinking as he worked out plans and large hunting projects. Five years ago, he managed to even wipe out all the warlocks that had posed such a dangerous threat to society given that they could defy it with a single bit of magic right then and there. The victory made his heart lighten, and he found himself more stable than before. However, when Saber of Sector 12 disappeared Alex found himself on edge. He had never expected someone of the Sector to simply disappear, and the idea that Ren was starting another Sector war played on Alex's mind constantly. However, after the appearance of Ren again, Alex began to relax once more and found that his fears were hollow stress in the end of it all.
